New License Edition – Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Enterprise
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 introduced 3 license editions: Essential, Basic, and Professional. Taking this a step further, another tier is being added to these licenses, called Enterprise. At $200 per user/month, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Enterprise comes with all the functionality of Professional, plus added features to support brand management, return on marketing investment, knowledge management, social care, and web chat. This edition includes all the powerful capabilities in the following new features.
Microsoft Social Listening-
Social Listening is a new feature to Microsoft Dynamics CRM that provides the tools to listen in and respond to market intelligence derived from social conversations. It enables organizations to monitor trends, topics, and sentiments expressed through almost any social channel.
Great news for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional users, Microsoft Social Listening will be included in their licenses at no additional charge. Organizations with at least 10 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional users will gain this functionality for the same low price of $65 per user/month. Social Listening is included in the Enterprise edition at no additional charge, regardless of user count.
This is a breadth of new features derived from Microsoft’s recent acquisition of Marketing Pilot. It delivers more diverse marketing functionality that not only empowers teams to work at peak effectiveness and efficiency, but educates and trains them to learn and utilize best practices in marketing. For $125 per user/month, this app can be used as a standalone product without the full commitment to Microsoft Dynamics CRM licensing. This new set of features is included in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Enterprise at no additional charge.
Unified Service Desk-
This new application enables organizations with high call volume, such as call centers, to handle multiple interactions simultaneously, automate repetitive tasks, and display scripts to help organizations deliver consistent service. The app acts as a customer care hub, making organizations more capable of delivering flawless customer service to help retain customers. The Unified Service Desk is also included in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Enterprise at no additional charge.
Bringing more customer-centric capabilities to Microsoft Dynamics CRM was a key objective for Microsoft. Microsoft Dynamics CRM’s new integration with Parature enhances your customer care functionality with mobile-access knowledge bases, live chat, survey and feedback systems, and social monitoring and response capabilities. For a limited time, this functionality is free for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Enterprise customers who purchase at least 10 seats!
