DocuSign & Dynamics CRM - A Perfect Pair!

Netsuite recently announced a large partnership with DocuSign, but they aren't the only game in town.  Microsoft Dynamics CRM partnered with DocuSign months ago to offer the same electronic signature functionality for documents.

What is DocuSign?
Docusign provides digital transaction management through electronic signatures on documents.  It allows you to quickly send documents for signature and customers can sign documents from any browser or mobile device within mintues.

The Dynamics CRM and DocuSign integration provides a "Send with DocuSign" button that is pre-configured on either the Account, Contact, Quote, Lead, Opportunity or custom entity.  It also provides an audit trail of edits and notifies all signers when a document has been changed so all users have visibility through the entire process.

DocuSign takes advantage of Dynamics CRM 2013's new business process flow capability so users can integrate not only to entities but also to any custom business process flow on the entities.  You can also sign up for a free 30-day trial.

  1. We are evaluating using DocuSign with CRM 2013 online. I see a description of the pairing but no real reviews. Has anyone used these together and can comment on their experience? Pro and cons? Things to consider?
