SugarCRM has much more advantages. But the functionality of MS Dynamics is much mory comfy for companies using MS software.

I was expecting a comparison, not a sales pitch, and since when is training any better or cheaper just because it is Microsoft , we are talking CRM here no company should think training is a option.
I agree with Scott ...this is not a useful comparison, more accurately a shameless plug for MIG.

is somewhat misleading in that it leaves out some important facts.
1) Purchasing SugarCRM outright does not mean that your organization cannot engage a professional services firm for support and training in the same fashion as Dynamics.
2) The cost of a Dynamics CRM implementation vs. a SugarCRM solution, particularly if on-premise, is likely to be significantly greater.
This article is more of an advertisement for MIG than it is a useful comparison of the two products.
