Whether you are in sales or marketing, the big question is always which CRM software do you prefer? You usually get down to about two choices: Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com.
It all depends on your business and how you want to manage your data.
Salesforce.com:
Cloud-based application: Strictly on-demand CRM for their users.
Price per month: Salesforce’s prices are typically higher than Dynamics CRM. Additionally, any other functionality that your users may need will come with an extra fee.
Service Level Agreements: Salesforce does not offer SLA’s for their application.
Available storage: Salesforce offers license holders 1GB of storage, which does not allow users to store too much data. After they fill that space, users have to purchase extra storage at a much higher price.
Limited Integration: Salesforce offers integration with several products, but does not allow you to track a customer’s lifecycle from start to finish.
Dynamics CRM:
On-premise/On-demand: With Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you are offered both choices. You are not limited to using CRM as a cloud application. Depending on your business, you may want to have the option to choose between on-demand and on-premise.
One software package: With Dynamics CRM, all users are offered the same functionality. There are no features you need to pay an extra fee for.
Service Level Agreements: Dynamics CRM offers SLA’s to assure customers that they have someone to service their software in-case of any mishaps.
Available storage: with Dynamics CRM online, license holders are provided 5GB of storage.
Multiple Integration options: Dynamics CRM allows you to integrate with other systems such as your ERP in order to connect the various facets of a customer account. This enables you to manage your relationship with the customer more efficiently.

Apart form costs, would like to know the difference between the functionality between salesforce.com and Microsoft CRM. Which one is better ?
For integration with ERP eg. Oracle, would like to know which one could do better.
