New Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 pricing and licensing has been announced along with a promotion! In a nutshell, you can get CRM online, including the new Sales Collaboration Panel, Unified Service Desk and dual use rights, Office 365, and Power BI at a promotional price of $65/user.
So let’s break it down and learn more about the benefits of each. Dynamics CRM 2015 is a “major online and on premises release with substantial investments on platform capabilities and functionality across marketing, social, sales and customer service.” There are so many new features in this release and Microsoft has done a great job explaining these in their CRM 2015 Preview Guide.
Specific licensing and pricing investments in this new version include
Access rights to Sales Collaboration Panel, which gives sales and marketing an integrated view of the customer. For example, those in sales will be able to provide input into marketing campaign activity.
Use rights for Unified Service Desk (USD) which provides customer service an integrated experience with information relevant to addressing customer needs and requests.
The introduction of on-premises use rights for CRM Online users (commonly referred to as dual use rights).
Office 356 Enterprise E3 – the latest full Office across devices, advance email and collaboration, online conferencing, compliance features and full IT power.
Power BI add-on for Office 365 which is a self-service Business Intelligence cloud solution that works with Excel
