Another great feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is its native integration with Outlook.  If you are currently a Microsoft Dynamics GP customer, your value for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is even greater because the integration to Microsoft Dynamics CRM is free!  Through September 30, 2010 customers currently on Microsoft Dynamics GP can get Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for only $19/user/month!
