Dynamics PDF-Docs is one of the most popular add on for Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365, featuring one click function to PDF CRM Word Template, attach them to Emails, and Notes, from the user interface, and with CRM workflow, and upload documents to SharePoint. With such popularity. It just makes sense that when users find a feature they cannot implement it with Word Template, they turn to us for help. In all cases till today, the issues and limited features of Word Template are built in features of Dynamics Docs.

To ensure documents download in a timely matter, there is an upper limit of 100 for the number of related records returned for each relationship. For example, if you’re exporting a template for an account, and you want to include a list of its contacts, the document will return at most 100 of the account’s contacts.
Although 100 of related records is a large number of records that most user may never need such feature, with Dynamics Docs we do not impose similar limitation.
