Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 SP1 – 4 Releases in One!

Microsoft recently released the preview guide for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 SP1 (Service Pack), condensing four separate features into one major release. Over the past year, Microsoft acquired three companies to bring significant enhancements to marketing planning, social media marketing, and customer service functionality to its Dynamics CRM (customer relationship management) software. A hot buzzword in the CRM space these days is customer care and Microsoft geared its newest update to Dynamics CRM 2013 all around amplifying the customer experience.
