Microsoft recently announced that the November 2011 service update for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online will include a close integration with Office 365. In addition to this integration, other enhancements will include added social features, activity feeds, duplication processing, billing, identity federation.

Track email, appointments, tasks, and contacts from CRM Online through Exchange Online;
Utilize the presence indicators and the ability to collaborate through CRM Online and Lync Online;
Connect contextual information into CRM records through SharePoint Online;
Monitor activity feeds within Outlook;
