  • You pay a monthly fee for the product based on the number of users you have. Many businesses prefer this, because it means your CRM software effectively becomes an operational cost rather than capital expenditure
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is available in 40 countries and 41 different languages, and is supported by a network of literally hundreds of Microsoft accredited business partners throughout the world. So wherever you are, or if your business opens branches in different countries or even relocates,  you’ll have a local partner available for help, advice, and to look after the product for you
  • If you want to try the product for yourself, there’s a free trial of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online available. It’s a web-based trial so you won’t need to download or install any software. To get started, you just enter a few very basic details (you will NOT be asked for credit card information) and you can use the product for 30 days with no obligation.
  • The product is run, managed, and supported on cloud infrastructure that’s looked after by Microsoft: 24/7 all year round. In the unlikely event that Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is unavailable for more than 0.1% of the time because of a problem with Microsoft’s infrastructure, they’ll give you money back to compensate
