Personalize the User Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 provides tools that can be customized to match users personal preferences helping to increase productivity. The “recently viewed” folder icon will bring up a list of items that have been worked on recently. If there are records that are worked on routinely, they can easily be pinned to the top of the list for easy access. The same can be done with frequently accessed views of records.

On the My Opportunities view you can expand the top 10 customers view, which is a chart that incorporates drill-down capabilities, allowing you to better visualize your data. The same process applies to any entity list view. If you have opened an Opportunity form you can click the opportunities drop-down where you can see a list of opportunities. Quickly jump to another opportunity record without closing the current form. By clicking the down arrow you can view the next record.

Microsoft Dynamice CRM 2011 includes a set of tools making it easy for users to create personalized views and reports. Using Advanced Find it is easy to define search and filtering criteria in addition to adding relevant data to the resulting view or report. These are just a few of the ways Microsoft Dynamics CRM 20111 can be customized to meet your individual needs and maximize your personal productivity.
