Everything You Need to Get Started with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013

As you’ve likely heard by now, Dynamics CRM 2013 is quite a bit different than previous versions.  And while these changes are positive and will ultimately help users be more productive, it will take a little time to familiarize yourself with them.
