SBS Group Cooks Up Dynamics CRM for Chelten House Products

Chelten House Products, located in New Jersey, is a food manufacturer of salad dressings and sauces. With company growth, tracking and controlling the management process created challenges for Chelten House.  The company implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM to first track sales activities and then extended it for the product development cycle. The cycle includes label design, artwork, cap, nutritional information, etc. There are approximately 50-100 products in development at one time.

Chelten House first learned about Microsoft CRM at SBS Group’s Annual Client Summit while attending the Dynamics CRM session. Then, SBS mapped out the business processes and customized Dynamics CRM to fit the food manufacturing and service processing needs of Chelten House. As a result, the company has greatly increased efficiencies and made the entire product development cycle easier to track and control.
