Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Cloud version Now Available!

After months of waiting, the cloud version of the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, is now available in 40 markets and 41 languages.

The over 500 enhancements and numerous new features of this version have been beta tested by more than 11,500 customers and 2,000 partners, including customers that have switched from competing solutions.  Those users have found that Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 lives up to its promises to deliver on the power of productivity with a CRM solution that is:

  • Familiar—software that empowers people through natural, productive, and insightful experiences.
  • Intelligent—real-time analytics and streamlined business processes that enable informed decisions and operational efficiencies.
  • Connected—connections across people, processes, and ecosystems that allow businesses to maximize the value of relationships and systems.

All of these attributes combine to not only enhance an organization’s business processes, but also to provide both time and cost savings.  The savings on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 doesn’t stop with the product’s functionality, either.
