This is precisely why I implemented Dynamics CRM for my own company. After spending a lot of money on a powerful CRM system that was way too complicated for employees to use, and extremely rigid, I feel like we have been set free by using Dynamics CRM. It's truly amazing to find that almost every unique need we have can be easily accommodated by Dynamics CRM. I now feel as though we are using software that adapts to our business, as opposed to the previous software where we were endlessly trying to adapt to it, but not matter how hard we tried, couldn't do it. With the old software I often felt like I spent more time fighting with it then I did using it.
