John O'Donnell recently had an interview with Dan Bien, Principal Program Manager on Microsoft's CRM product team about the integrated Dynamics Marketplace in CRM 2011.
The marketplace will allow customers to have a place to go, within CRM, to find solutions from Microsoft and its partners. With this level of interaction between customers and partners the result can only be a more robust and lively marketplace producing better products and more satisfied customers.
