As a Dynamics CRM user I’m always looking for ways to cut corners and slice time off manual processes. For the past few years, I’ve been using Constant Contact to manage my company’s email communications. Both CRM and Constant Contact provide great feature and functionality benefits, but natively they are not integrated.
I just discovered CCubed, a simple integration between Constant Contact and Dynamics CRM. It pulls all of your email reporting metrics - opens, bounces, click through's - back into CRM attaching to the entity and campaign. Additionally, it will synch all of your CRM marketing lists into Constant Contact, enabling you to cut costs by only activating the lists you are actively marketing to. These two simple pieces will provide you with enhanced email marketing reporting capabilities and save you lots of time.
SBS Group is a Gold Certified Dynamics CRM Partner and Reseller of CCubed. If you are interested in learning more about the integration or Dynamics CRM contact SBS Group here or email [email protected].
Thanks for this excellent information! I had never heard of this tool before but it would certainly save me tons of time. I plan to check it out today.
Thanks
