Accessing Microsoft Dynamics CRM On The Go

Keeping in touch with customers through your mobile device when you are away from the office is important today.  It’s a huge benefit to your customers that Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 can be accessed from Internet Explorer on any workstation.  This is very useful when you have employees all over the map or even if you have workers within your organization that share a computer in a central location.  For all the technical details to configure CRM as an internet-facing application, download this instruction guide.

Did you know that you can also access your customers, contacts, and activities from your Windows Mobile device?  What could be easier than checking on your sales opportunities while sitting at the airport or eating a quick lunch using CRM Mobile Express?

As an example, an IT infrastructure company, BMS Digital Solutions, was able to load the CRM Mobile solution onto Windows Mobile 6.0 devices and all the email related to opportunities and cases was automatically attached to the items via the Exchange Server.

Even if you choose CRM Online for your sales automation solution, there are solutions to enable access to CRM information from your mobile device from these vendors.

We have used these innovative solutions with our customers.  Contact us at [email protected] for more information.
