Microsoft Dynamics CRM Positioned As A Leader In The 2009 Magic Quadrant

Microsoft Dynamics CRM was positioned as a leader in the Gartner Magic Qudrant.  The Gartner Magic Quadrant is a proprietary research tool developed by Gartner Inc. a US based research and advisory firm.  This report is aimed at providing a qualitative analysis of a market and its direction, maturity and participants, enabling a company to be a stronger competitor for that market.   The Magic Quadrant tested 15 other CRM solution providers.   At the conclusion of the findings, Gartner positioned each CRM solution provider into one of four different categories.  The categories are: leaders, challengers, visionaries and niche players.  Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a leader!  Gartner defines a leader as one demonstrating market-defining vision and the ability to execute against that vision through products, services, demonstrable sales figures and solid new references for multiple geographies and vertical industries.  Clients report that the vendors deliver a high level of value and return on their commitment.  The development team has a clear vision of the implications of business rules and the impact of social networking on customer service requirements.  A characteristic of a leader is that it does not necessarily drive a customer toward vendor lock-in, but rather provides access to an ecosystem. When asked, their clients reply that this product has affected the organization's competitive position in their markets and helped lower costs. Click here to view the entire Gartner report.
