BroadPoint was pleased to present at the recent ClickDimensions’ Annual Idea Conference. The Idea Conference, held on September 24, 2015, is a completely online event dedicated to sharing ideas, case studies, and best practices from organizations that have achieved success marketing with Microsoft CRM. Speakers had to submit session proposals to the ClickDimensions team several months ago for consideration. After receiving dozens of proposals, seven were chosen to present to the 1,000+ people who registered.
BroadPoint’s Director of Marketing, Don Carnevale, was one of the selected presenters and talked about how a BroadPoint association client is using BroadPoint Engage, a membership management solution powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM, along with ClickDimensions to help improve their member renewal, recruitment and onboarding programs. The presentation also discussed some common membership challenges facing today’s associations along with some best practices to get better engaged with your members or customers.
Other presentations at the online event covered topics such as: closing the gap between marketing and sales, nurture marketing strategies, measuring engagement for email marketing, converting leads from web and social media, and listening and engaging after your communications.
