Salesfusion, a rapidly growing marketing automation company, today announced a strategic addition to the sales leadership team with the appointment of Jon Petrucelli to Vice President of Channel Sales.
Jon joins the team from Hitachi Solutions, a two-time Worldwide Microsoft CRM Partner of the Year and leader in Dynamics Marketing, where he served as the Global CRM & MarketingPilot Practice Leader for the Microsoft Dynamics line of business applications. Jon is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from the McCombs Business School,
"We are very excited about the addition of Jon to our channel sales team," says Eran Gil, EVP of Sales for Salesfusion. "Jon brings experience building world-class teams and his expertise in Microsoft Dynamics will be invaluable as he works to develop our relationships within that channel. We have already seen success in the short time Jon has been here and we are looking forward to the continued impact he will have at Salesfusion."
The addition of Petrucelli follows a successful first half of the year for the marketing automation company, which kicked off 2014 with the announcement of an $8.2 million Series B funding round. This announcement was followed soon after by its acquisition of marketing automation software firm LoopFuse and 100% revenue growth quarter over quarter. The company has also more than tripled its staff and just moved into a new 12,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
"I am thrilled to join the Salesfusion team," says Petrucelli. "Having worked in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM channel for over a decade, I have engaged with and evaluated all the major marketing automation solutions. Salesfusion is clearly the easiest to use, most scalable, and most tightly integrated marketing automation platform for Microsoft Dynamics CRM marketing teams. I look forward to working with our partners to help them build their marketing automation businesses."
Salesfusion's global network of resellers and referral partners is unique in the industry and a rapidly growing part of its business. Building upon this success, Salesfusion will unveil a newly updated partner program at Microsoft's Worldwide Partner Conference in Washington D.C. in July.
