User adoption determines whether a CRM implementation was a success or failure. A key to user adoption is support and nurturing from management. In order for management to appropriately support adoption, it needs to know if and how users are using the system.
For this reason, we set up Google Analytics on CRM implementations so managers can see usage statistics including:
- Which users are using the system
- System speed per user
- Which type of records are being used
- If users are working out of Outlook or a Browser
