Accelerating Sales with Dynamics CRM 2013 SP1

We already discussed the major marketing changes for the expected Microsoft Dynamics CRM SP1 release. Today we turn towards the major enhancements that the sales team will get to enjoy with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. While marketing and customer service will receive the bulk of the upgrades in this release, the sales team will still have plenty of tools to play with.

In order to help the sales team increase speed and efficiency, Microsoft has introduced CRM enhancements for tablets. Now the sales team can stay connected and productive at any location, provided they bring a Windows 8, iPad, or Android tablet.
