Video Demonstration: Mobile Capabilities and More Coming to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Last month, Microsoft announced that it would be adding mobile capabilities for the iPad, iPhone, Windows phone, Blackberry and Google Android to Dynamics CRM.  Initially, all we could do was read about this in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Q2 2012 Service Update Release Preview Guide.  But now, it’s possible to see the mobile features, along with many others included in this update in action. 

Microsoft has released the video below, where Reuben Krippner, Technical Project Management Lead, explains many of the new capabilities and gives a detailed demonstration of them.  Since it covers quite a bit of information, this video is a little on the long side.  If you’re particularly interested in the demo of the new Dynamics CRM mobile service, but don’t have time to watch the whole video, fear not, the mobile capabilities are covered in the first few minutes.
