Dynamics 365 2021 Release Wave 2 is here, and it brings new innovations that provide you with significant capabilities to transform your business. The release contains hundreds of new features across Dynamics 365 applications including Marketing, Sales, Service, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Commerce, Fraud Protection, Customer Insights, Customer Voice and Business Central. Microsoft is releasing new features for Sales!
Dynamics 365 Sales will be providing new features and enhancements with Microsoft Teams and the calling experience. Additionally, it will provide an integration with LinkedIn which will provide easy access to Sales Navigator, forecasting updates, and guided selling improvements with sales accelerator and launching deal manager that helps to manage your pipeline more effectively.
As always, some of these features may be released on different dates and are subject to change, but I would expect most to come to fruition as planned.
These features will allow your team to collaborate better between Dynamics 365 and Teams. You'll be able to get better insights for your calls, get suggested contacts, and access your sales records within your teams meetings. Additionally, admins can automate notifications from Dynamics 365 to teams. Forecasting will also come with a host of enhancements to allow for a better sharing and viewing experience for a specific forecast, improvements to predictive scoring, more administrator controls for managing and deploying forecasts, as well as new forecast views...
