CRM 2016 Screenshot 1Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 is not only the most comprehensive release ever, but it also represents a huge leap forward in Microsoft's journey to deliver intelligent customer engagement. In our 30 minute On-Demand webinar we cover the new Dynamics CRM 2016 Features available, demo the new features, discuss the upcoming planned features and the next steps to come.

There are four main areas of features within Dynamics CRM 2016 we go into detail on in the presentation:

  • Service Enhancements
    • Interactive Service Hub
    • Knowledge Management (Within CRM)
    • Case Enhancements
    • Field Service (Field One)
  • Reporting Enhancements
    • Word Templates
    • Excel Templates
  • Added CRM On-Premise Features
  • Navigation, Themes, Excel Export, Folder Level Tacking (Outlook)
  • Integration
    • CRM App for Outlook
    • OneNote and Delve Integration

As seen in the Integration section we go into detail on what the Dynamics CRM Outlook App provides us. The CRM Outlook App can be used with Desktop or Laptop computers running Outlook 2013 or 2016, Outlook Web, along with any Windows Phone, iPhone or Android Phone. It is still a good idea to use a plugin, but this new feature really is an advantage for Outlook Web and mobile devices giving you more power and flexibility when on the go away from your desk to continue tracking data in Dynamics CRM.
