Microsoft has been talking about the new release of Dynamics CRM 2016 for months now and it is finally out - along with a TON of documentation and videos.  Most of the documentation pieces not only highlight new features, but also provide a way for you to customize the content for your organization.    This post outlines the Dynamics CRM 2016 New Documentation, Videos and HOW TO GET IT!

So, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 is out - but how do you get it? 

  • On -premise Dynamics CRM customers - this should get you started.
  • New Dynamics CRM 2016 Online customers are in luck, too.  Want to try it before you buy it?  Click here.  There is no risk when you sign up for a 30-day trial.
  • For the rest of us already using Dynamics CRM Online, we'll have to wait a little bit longer.  According to Microsoft, 'Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2016 Update is available now for all new CRM Online customers. For existing CRM Online customers, customer-driven update scheduling will begin in early 2016."  You can read more here.
