Microsoft recently announced the release of Dynamics CRM 2015!
This new release boasts some great new features such as:
- New Email Editor to allow marketers the ability to select from pre-defined email templates or create an email from scratch using drag-and-drop build processes
- Enhanced Campaign Management Console to allow for embedded cross campaign offers and A/B testing
- Sales Collaboration Panel creates greater synergies between sales and marketing by allowing greater visibility into campaign activities
- Sales Hierarchy visualizations allow users to see how information is related or grouped by viewing accounts, products or users in hierarchical charts.
