Microsoft Dynamics Convergence conference in New Orleans drew in more than 11,000 customers and partners to a meeting of the minds and exchange of ideas that will shape the future of many organizations in a myriad of industries. Much of what we know about technology is in flux, and this year's conference was all about finding out where we are today and where we want to be next year and beyond.
To answer those basic questions, a Dynamic Business will need to dig deeper and ask some tougher ones, such as:
- How do we stay competitive in the market?
- How do we get and/or stay ahead of the competition?
- How can we achieve more with fewer resources?
- How can we recruit great talent and keep it?
- How do we develop lasting engagement with our customers?
Beyond all of the jargon and technology, a Dynamic Business is one that can unify people toward a common goal. It is adaptive and proactive, able to meet new challenges and solve old ones through cooperation and unlocking of peoples’ full potential.
Microsoft has helped people unlock this untapped potential by helping companies connect with their customers in a multi-channel environment filled with everything from direct face-to-face conversation to social media. Microsoft enables Dynamics users to bring all of their IT assets together from front office to applications and everything in between.
Dynamic Businesses are empowered and are well-equipped to meet the needs of today's empowered customers. This year's convergence was all about finding new ways to engage the customers and provide them with more meaningful experiences.
