An employee benefit consulting firm serving midsized businesses with 50 to 1,000 employees,  implements Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM to organize information and improve customer service.

Innovative Benefit Planning (IBP), a Moorestown, NJ based firm, had been using a proprietary system written in Microsoft Access.  Their client's activity was managed in Microsoft Outlook’s Saved Folders and they were saving plan details to network drives.  Acting as an extension to a human resource staff, this disparate system didn't work because information was not easily accessible.

IBP engaged with RSM to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM so they could better manage the information and create a paperless operation while still providing superior customer service to their clients.
