Customer Effective is proud to have been a Premier Sponsor of the 2011 Dynamics Communities CRM User Group Summit for the second year in a row. Our team members hosted multiple speaking sessions during the event which took place last week at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Scott Sewell, a Microsoft CRM MVP and one of Customer Effective’s CRM Technical Specialists, presented three sessions over the course of the week, including: Tips and Tricks to Help Drive User Adoption, Data Migration and Integration, and Dynamics CRM Report Writing.Also, Brad Koontz, Customer Effective’s FinServ Product Manager presented a session on Building Mobile Portals with CRM.

Customer Effective was also fortunate enough to have two customers present sessions during the CRMUG Summit. Mark Furr, of Sedgwick CMS presented two sessions: Journey of Turning Data Information and Finding Balance and Agility in a Waterfall World.  Volvo Construction Equipment’s John Johnston also presented a session on Leveraging Microsoft CRM through Online and Offline Marketing Functions.

The Summit was designed to address the needs of the entire spectrum of Dynamics CRM users with the common goal of sharing ways to optimize usage of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
