Nice to hear that mobile edge microsoft dynamics CRM addon product spotlight. Thats a nice post and the information is worthy. I have got the chance to get a review of an enterprise mobility solutions provider called
http://www.karyatech.com when I was researching about the topic. They are providing mobile solutions in customer's desired platform. I would like to get more posts regarding microsoft dynamics mobile crm in this blog and I would like to get more suggestions from blog readers to enhance our knowledge.
Our company has 7 different salespersons and each has their own list of clients. Will Mobile Edge allow each person to have only his client list and still use a Mobile CRM program? We want to be able to access client information and add call reports in the field even if we have no cell phone reception and keep each salesperson limited to his clients only.
With Mobile Edge, Ache sales person will have their own list of client records, and related items , on their device. this will allow them to update these records even when offline. Records that are not on the device can be downloaded from the CRM and synced to the device also.
I hope this helps.
