Joe Benedict, Director of Sales for Axonom, was one of the first people I met at Extreme2010, the event for Microsoft Dynamics CRM partners, this week in Las Vegas. This Minnesota based company provides “Enterprise Vertical Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM”. Watch this video to get an overview of the various tools they provide:

Axonom provides add on modules for Microsoft Dynamics CRM including forecasting, contact center, time and billing, event management, product configuration, partner and customer portals, service manager, certification/education tracking and channel management.

I like that that their website provides interviews, webcasts, demos and even podcasts. (although you do have to register for them). Check out this interesting looking webcastr: High Tech: "Five Things Every Manufacturer Should do in a Down Economy".
