Luckily this is not a difficult change to make. You will need to work with a Global Administrator of your Azure Active DIrectory.

Two caveats to the article –
- ensure that you copy the secret value to notepad or OneNote before saving as you only have one chance to copy the secret. Also I set the expiration to maximum of 2 years and put a reminder in my calndar to update the secret 24 months from now!
- The article it does not mention what needs to happen after you change the ClickDimensions service credentials. Once you change the service credentials, you should also update the three ClickDimensions workflows so that they are now owned by the new service user. Neglecting to do this may result in emails not delivered.
