Here's a great story that we just heard streaming live from Barcelona. It's the story of MetroBank, the first new banking organization to be launched in the UK in more than a century! How did they get noticed? The deployed Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and Office 365 to create a unique user experience for their team and turn customers into fans.
They are able to open a new account in 15 minutes! They call their branches "stores" and throw a big party every time a new "store" is opened. The parties are huge family events where they have popcorn, face painting, and manicures.

Microsoft won hands down when it came to the UI (User Interface), user experience, security, and the ability to create an awesome, highly personalized customer experience. Their team has all the information they need at their fingertips at every moment. CRM is the system that integrates all of their business units.
