All you need for the event is a laptop with a blank Dynamics 365 setup. If you do not have access to a blank Dynamics 365 setup, it’s recommended that you download a 30-day free trial in time for the event, as you will be given hands-on training that will only make sense if you have a system in front of you.

What will I learn?
Track A
The first workshop, Application Core, is for those who are new to Dynamics 365 and wish to learn the basics. This is designed with migrating customers in mind; teaching the basics of Dynamics CRM Sales and Customer Services to those who have either moved from a different CRM product or are looking to do so in the future.
Track B
Track B is for those who are familiar with the Dynamics 365 platform and are looking for guidance on configuration and customisation without using code or custom development. It’s aimed specifically at End Users, meaning the skill level is fairly intermediate. In this workshop you will work as a group to solve problems in an expert-led session focusing on out-of-the-box configuration capabilities.
Track C
The third workshop is much more refined, offering Unified Service Desk training to those who have plenty of experience working with the Dynamics platform. This session will be led by Microsoft MVP Neil Parkhurst, and while it is an advanced application development workshop, it requires no knowledge of anything other than Dynamics 365.
