Lead Assignment and Distribution Automation is a preferred app on Microsoft AppSource. It automates the allocation or distribution of Leads (or any other entity records) recorded in Dynamics 365 CRM. It helps managers to allocate and distribute incoming leads or customer queries in an organized way ensuring fair distribution of workload within each team. This automated distribution and assignment improves efficiency resulting in higher sales and profit.

Lead Assignment and Distribution Automation gives you two options to assign Leads to your team members – Round Robin & Capacity Algorithm. Using the Round Robin algorithm, you can evenly distribute the incoming Leads among your team members and by using Capacity Algorithm, you can distribute the incoming Leads recorded in Dynamics 365 CRM based on the individual capacity of each team member. It is available for Dynamics 365 9.x & above, Dataverse (Power Apps). It supports the following deployment models - On-Premises & Online.

  • Distribute Leads evenly among the team in a sequential pattern using Round Robin Algorithm
  • Assign Leads depending upon the individual capacity of each user
  • Create multiple assignment rules for different selection criteria of the Leads
  • On demand assignment of existing Leads to users depending upon the assignment rules
  • Set an order for executing assignment rules to allot & distribute Leads as per your requirement
  • Monitor and analyze the number of Leads assigned to each team member with the help of Dashboards.
