Our existing permission scheme in Dynamics 365 was complex, and the SharePoint side did not reflect that. Now, the permission replication is fully automatic. We use it with SharePoint Structure Creator, which makes a new folder for each entity on a weekly basis. This made the SharePoint folders smaller and more manageable for our SharePoint users.
This SaaS help us to automatically replicates permissions from Dynamics 365 to SharePoint, reducing the manual effort required to manage access controls.
