The New Activity Timeline Add-On developed by Soluzione helps you nurture Leads by allowing Dynamics CRM users to add additional information. You can create notes, add date-specific tasks, send new emails, phone calls, and book appointments from within the lead.

In addition, for the ease of Dynamics CRM users, the add-on Activity Timeline now comes loaded with a search filter. Using this feature you can search any specific activity by text.

Single contextual view: Single Integrated View to view various activities and notes in a single pane. The view provides visually appealing insightful view with icons and colours encouraging users to contribute more.

Visually appealing and Interactive: You will have to agree that default activity timeline is a bit mundane and CRM is all about engaging. So, we wanted to attract and encourage users to engage & contribute using a more visually appealing view.

Search and Filter: Search and Filter provides activity filter allowing users the ability to only view certain types of activity and search within activities. It also has the capability to search within all or specific entities.
