Recently, JourneyTEAM held their Q3 Tech Insider Update where they previewed new changes, updates, and releases made to Microsoft products, including Dynamics 365. In addition to resolving bugs and limitations in existing tools, the recent changes help business teams streamline data analysis, simplify business processes, and increase accessibility and visibility into valuable customer data. 



A few of the updates to Dynamics 365 include:

  • Greater speed and throughput in Business Central to speed up multiple record integration with Dataverse.
  • Customer Engagement’s Sales Hub application was equipped with a number of new features, including a worklist manager and new “Deal Manager” workspace.
  • New customer voice surveys available in Marketing.
  • The ability to measure travel time using Geo Code or Maps in Field Services.
  • An updated and streamlined agent workspace in Customer Service.


JourneyTEAM presenters then provided a rapid fire preview of updates made to additional Microsoft products, including Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and more.


The presentation ended with experts highlighting changes made to JourneyTEAM offerings, including new updates to their maturity model assessment and additional Power BI classes.
