The Microsoft Dynamics 365 2021 Release Wave 2 is coming up soon, bringing tons of new features and improvements to Microsoft’s cloud solution. The rollout will start in October through March 2022, enhancing the functionality and experience of Dynamics 365 applications, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, as well as the other modules of the Dynamics 365 family. A new segmentation builder will allow for more precise targeting, while Power Automate flows will provide advanced customization.
The Dynamics 365 2021 Release Wave 2 for Dynamics 365 Sales will strengthen existing features such as Microsoft Teams calling, the integration to LinkedIn, and improved productivity tools and forecasting updates. Deal manager will become generally available, allowing users to manage their pipeline more effectively with manager workspace, Kanban control, and improvements to filters. Enhancements brought to the mobile experience will also improve the experience for users on the road.
Dynamics 365 Customer Service will benefit from enhancements to user experience and productivity, as well as multi-channel support through chat, social media, and voice. Improved case routing and management will facilitate case handling, ensuring better customer satisfaction and loyalty. New AI-based suggestions will also help with the writing of knowledge articles. Lastly, embedded analytics will also increase agent productivity and the level of service they’re able to offer customers.
