How Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Adds Value to Your Business

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) was developed to organize and keep track of customer information, and it certainly does that. But growing businesses are finding that modern CRM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM go way beyond simply saving and filing information and can now also drive growth and add value to their organization.

Here are six features of modern CRM that can add value to your business:

Scalability

Modern CRM solutions can easily adapt and grow with your business. Your legacy CRM solution may not integrate with your other business systems, such as your ERP or marketing software. Or, your legacy CRM solution might not be customizable to accommodate applications and enhancements required by your organization’s changing needs. If either or both of these is the case, you may be delaying growth and innovation simply because your CRM solution can’t keep up.

Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM is extremely adaptable and scalable. It will give you the technology you need for pursuing your goals.

Business intelligence and analytics

Does your legacy CRM provide the tools you need to analyze, visualize, and extract actionable insight from your customer data? Modern CRM allows you to view real-time data that inspires forward-thinking and enables strategic decisions. The interactive dashboards of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM along with robust business intelligence, allow you to monitor the health of your organization and make crucial adjustments when necessary.

Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM has customer intelligence and analytics at its core. It uses live dashboards, creates rich and interactive reports, and allows data access anytime and anywhere.

Customer data and communication

Can your legacy CRM safeguard your customer data? If not, you risk losing valuable information.  Businesses that are not proactive in customer communication are not in control of their brand experience. Centrally managed customer software allows you access to critical client data across your business’s systems and functions.

Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM builds robust, reusable models to provide consistent reporting, analysis, and communication of your customer data.

Operate without support from subject matter experts

Your legacy CRM solution probably requires a lot of outside assistance from your IT staff. If you are dependent on other departments to access, understand, and use information about your customers’ online or email behavior, you are wasting valuable time.

Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, built on the familiar Microsoft platform, is user friendly and recognizable. Your teams can easily collaborate and share information from any device, keeping customer information always up to date.

Enhances internal stakeholder processes

A management-centric salesforce automation system that prioritizes data entry over selling is no longer sufficient. Modern CRM solutions include predictive analytics, digital intelligence, and automated lead scoring.

Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM’s features are designed to help your sales, marketing, and customer service teams do their jobs better. Increased collaboration and teamwork are facilitated with shared meeting notes, events, and custom sales documents created with real-time coauthoring.

Incorporates insights from social media

Does your legacy CRM allow you to listen to your customers where and when they are talking?  Modern CRM with social media monitoring and management tools enables organizations to anticipate customer needs and tailor products and services to their preferences. Results include reduced customer service costs, increased customer agent productivity, greater lead conversion rates, and higher customer loyalty and retention.

Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM helps your sales team zero in on the right leads, contacts, and opportunities with critical social insights as they build out your pipeline.

Ready for a change?

These six features are hallmarks of modern CRM software. If your legacy CRM solution is lacking any of them, it’s time to do something about it. Take back your time and increase your productivity with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM.

  1. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Provides the highest level of integration and customization with third-party
applications but the only con I faced The mobile interface or application is comparatively slow but Dynamics has made up
for it by introducing power platform features. Some of the features may appear too. inflexible to implement.
