Microsoft recently announced the upcoming release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (2015 Update), Microsoft Dynamics Marketing (2015 Update) and Microsoft Social Listening (2014 R2) that will further allow customers the ability to deliver amazing customer experiences. Dynamics CRM 2015 is a major release that will be delivered to online customers as a customer driven update and to on-premises customers as version 7.0. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing will be delivered as a manual update.

1. Guided Sales Processes – increased complexity of business processes, now with branched logic and application across all devices.
2. Product Families – ability to create product “bundles” for related items, create offerings for up-sell and cross-sell items, as well as additional accessories or alternatives for out of stock items.
3. Sales Hierarchies – enhanced view of Account, Products or User in a drill down and graphical format to show overall status, sub-records, related users, sharing options, newest posts and more.
4. CRM for Tablets Enhancements – new updated personalized home page and dashboards, with the option to pin key records and analytical data to a tablet-enabled dashboard and then access from any device; new records can be created offline and synced once network access is available.
