This is a great solution for figuring out where to focus your energy within feature development, but it is far from addressing the gushing problem with CRM software: chaos.
No sales or marketing team wants to use a tool that they know is a tool. No one wants to use a "computer", they want a window into getting everything they normally do done, better, faster, and easier.
If you want people to use a CRM system, you need to get simple from the beginning, or it will never work and severely low adoption rates will persist.
