Microsoft recently announced the availability of the Trust Center for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, a Web site that provides in-depth information about the privacy and security practices for its CRM online service.

We’ve heard much about the concerns that many companies have regarding data security and compliance in the cloud.  The new Trust Center offers customers a new level of transparency around these issues.

STAR Certification

Microsoft is the first CRM vendor to achieve STAR certification from the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Security, Trust & Assurance Registry (STAR) program.  In the article “What’s Trust Got to Do with It?” you’ll find a list of the regional compliance requirements and certifications that Microsoft has met. No easy task.

In addition, Microsoft Dynamics CRM achieved leadership rankings on five recent top industry reports: Gartner’s 2012 Sales Force Automation Magic Quadrant, Gartner’s 2012 Customer Service Contact Center Magic Quadrant, The Forrester Wave: CRM Suites For Large Organizations, Q3 2012, The Forrester Wave: CRM Suites For Midsize Organizations, Q3 2012 and The Forrester Wave: CRM Suites for Customer Service Solutions, Q3 2012.

Star Growth

The quarterly earnings report for the Microsoft fiscal year 2012 that ended on June 30th indicates that Microsoft Dynamics CRM this quarter grew more than 25%, and with this has achieved 32 consecutive quarters of double digit growth.
