Microsoft Dynamics CRM a Leader in Nucleus Research’s Value Matrix

Email | Print

Nucleus Research, a leading provider of investigative technology research, recently released a CRM Technology Value Matrix that highlights how CRM vendors stack up in the current CRM marketplace.  The matrix is based on functionality and usability; and it’s no surprise Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com are the two vendors that qualify as Leaders.

It’s so interesting to see how much the market has shifted and how quickly Microsoft Dynamics CRM has risen through the ranks over the past few years.  The once popular CRM / Sales Force Automation vendors AbleBridge used to represent have stalled in their growth; and in a lot of cases fell into a backward slide.  Any business looking to make an investment in a new CRM product or evaluate their existing CRM technology investments should keep a close eye on the CRM vendor marketplace over the next few years.  In our opinion, the gap between the Leaders and the rest will widen as we see consolidation and even some CRM vendors fall off the map – if they haven’t already.
