Beringer Associates announced today that it has released an integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AltiGen VoIP based telephone system.

This integtegration allows click-to-dial functionality from within Microsoft CRM and provides screen pop functionality in Microsoft CRM on inbound calls.
