    Please make a correction in your story, with specific reference to your third sentence: “With Microsoft Dynamics 365, ABOs are able to glean real-time business intelligence wherever they go and do so with ease.”

    ABO’s are not given direct access to Dynamics 365, but rather it is used by Amway employee’s that in turn have direct access to ABO’s. The solution empowers the Amway employee to provide the best possible support to our ABO’s.
