As Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM Online system continues to grow – recent announcement stated 25% growth and over 360,000 new customers – the company continues to enhance standards around security and privacy. Microsoft recently launched the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Trust Center, a website providing in-depth information about the privacy and security practices for Microsoft CRM Online. This follows the registration with the Cloud Security Alliance Security (CSA) Trust and Assurance Registry (STAR) program. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is the first cloud CRM service to provide this level of transparency and is the third Microsoft product to receive this registration. (Previous products include Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Azure)
The Trust Center ensures transparency in how Dynamics CRM Online is operating and handling critical customer needs around security and privacy. Businesses need to be confident their data is secure in a public cloud and research security, privacy and operational characteristics from potential providers.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is a complete customer relationship management system that helps businesses builds profitable relationships. With integrated sales and customer services modules, it enables employees to share information to improve sales success and deliver consistent, efficient customer service.
