One of the main reasons companies the world over have chosen over other competing products is its ease of use. People who are comfortable with Microsoft Office will immediately understand how Dynamics CRM works. Sure, there will be some CRM specific functions you will need to familiarize yourself with, but you certainly will not have to learn a new system from the ground up, as is often the case with other Customer Relationship Management systems.
And, the productivity gains offered in Microsoft Dynamics CRM don’t end there. There are a plethora of keyboard shortcuts built into the system to make your data entry faster and easier than ever. Here are a few of my favorite keyboard shortcuts, some of which may be familiar to Office users, while others may be completely new.
